We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the service, and limited technical information needed to operate the platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve StreamSanctum, including to create accounts, authenticate users, store user content, generate AI-assisted outputs, send transactional emails, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, improve product features, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage, improve performance, and make business decisions. Aggregated or de-identified information does not identify you personally.

3. AI-Assisted Processing

When you use AI-assisted features, the content you submit may be processed to generate response drafts, summaries, moderation instructions, boundary scripts, or workflow recommendations. You should not submit information that you do not have the right to use or that you do not want processed by the service.

AI-assisted outputs are not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, emergency support, or guaranteed solutions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.

4. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider. Payment providers may collect and process billing details, tax information, payment method information, and transaction records according to their own policies and legal obligations.

StreamSanctum does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

5. Email Communications

We may send transactional emails such as account emails, onboarding confirmations, incident confirmations, saved response notifications, recovery reminders, weekly summaries, support replies, sales replies, and billing-related notices.

You may control certain email preferences in your account settings where available. Some transactional or account-related emails may still be necessary to provide the service.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate StreamSanctum, such as hosting providers, authentication providers, database providers, analytics providers, AI infrastructure providers, email providers, payment processors, and customer support tools.
