Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refund requests work for StreamSanctum subscriptions.

StreamSanctum is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Payments may be processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.

1. Subscription Billing

StreamSanctum may offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Your subscription may automatically renew unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Renewal timing, taxes, and payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, through the payment provider’s customer portal where available, or by contacting support@streamsanctum.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because StreamSanctum is a digital SaaS product with immediate access to online tools, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered in situations such as duplicate charges, accidental purchase, technical inability to access the service after reasonable troubleshooting, or billing errors.

Refunds are generally not provided for unused time, failure to cancel before renewal, lack of use, change of mind after using the service, or dissatisfaction after substantial use of paid features.

4. Refund Request Window

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@streamsanctum.com. Please include the email address used for your account, the charge date, and the reason for your request.

We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.

5. Annual Plans

Annual plans may be discounted compared with monthly billing. If you cancel an annual plan, cancellation stops the next annual renewal. Refunds for annual plans are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved under this policy.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If StreamSanctum offers a free trial, discounted trial, beta discount, or promotional plan, the specific offer terms shown at signup or checkout will apply. You are responsible for cancelling before a paid renewal if you do not want to continue after a trial or promotional period.

7. Payment Provider Policies

Payments, taxes, receipts, chargebacks, and refund processing may be handled by Paddle or another authorized payment provider. In some cases, refund handling may also be subject to the payment provider’s rules, timelines, and legal obligations.

8. Account Termination for Misuse

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating StreamSanctum’s Terms of Service, acceptable use requirements, or safety restrictions, you may not be eligible for a refund.
