Terms of Service
Welcome to StreamSanctum. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StreamSanctum, including our website, dashboard, AI-assisted tools, email notifications, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using StreamSanctum, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use StreamSanctum.
1. What StreamSanctum Provides
StreamSanctum is a subscription-based SaaS platform for streamers, content creators, creator managers, and creator teams. The platform provides tools for documenting online incidents, organizing creator drama or harassment, generating AI-assisted response drafts, creating moderation instructions, saving boundary scripts, completing non-clinical stress check-ins, and receiving email summaries or reminders.
StreamSanctum is designed as a creator operations, safety, and productivity tool. It helps users organize stressful online situations and manage creator workflows more calmly and effectively.
2. Not Medical, Therapy, Legal, or Emergency Support
StreamSanctum does not provide therapy, medical care, mental health diagnosis, crisis intervention, emergency support, legal advice, or regulated healthcare services. StreamSanctum is not a replacement for licensed professionals.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, you should contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.
If you need legal advice about harassment, defamation, contracts, threats, or other legal matters, you should contact a qualified attorney.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share your account in a way that avoids plan limits or gives unauthorized users access to the service.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use StreamSanctum on behalf of a company, agency, creator team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
StreamSanctum may offer monthly or annual subscription plans. Paid access, plan changes, renewals, taxes, and payment processing may be handled by our payment provider, including Paddle or another authorized billing provider.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the pricing and billing period shown at checkout. Subscription fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date. If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended, limited, or cancelled.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process available in your account or through the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available at https://streamsanctum.com/refund.
6. User Content
You may submit content to StreamSanctum, including incident descriptions, comments, messages, platform context, moderation notes, check-ins, response drafts, and other information. You retain ownership of your content.
You grant StreamSanctum a limited right to process, store, display, and use your content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have the right to submit it. You should not upload sensitive personal information about others unless you have a lawful basis and a legitimate reason to do so.
7. AI-Assisted Features
StreamSanctum may use AI-assisted features to generate summaries, suggested response drafts, moderation instructions, boundary scripts, and workflow recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated output before using it publicly or privately. StreamSanctum does not guarantee that AI-generated content will prevent conflict, avoid harm, satisfy sponsors, comply with platform rules, or resolve disputes.
You should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use StreamSanctum to create, encourage, or facilitate harassment, retaliation, doxxing, stalking, abuse, threats, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, hate speech, illegal activity, or attempts to manipulate or harm another person or community.
You may not use StreamSanctum to violate platform rules, laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape the platform, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or access another user’s account or data without permission.
9. Team and Workspace Use
If StreamSanctum offers team or workspace features, the account owner or workspace administrator is responsible for managing access, permissions, and team members. Team members must use the service responsibly and only for authorized creator operations and workflow purposes.
10. Privacy
Your use of StreamSanctum is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://streamsanctum.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
11. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that StreamSanctum will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
12. Disclaimers
StreamSanctum is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
StreamSanctum does not guarantee business results, audience growth, brand safety, sponsor outcomes, platform outcomes, legal outcomes, emotional outcomes, or conflict resolution results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamSanctum and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, creator income loss, sponsor loss, community conflict, emotional distress, or platform-related consequences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to StreamSanctum will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim arose.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, fail to pay fees, or use the platform in a way that could harm StreamSanctum, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using StreamSanctum at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue after termination where appropriate, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and acceptable use restrictions.
